The Importance of Training
Like any sport, training is an essential aspect to reach peak performance and maximize skill and finesse. Training in netball is rigorous, thorough and largely improves all fitness components and energy systems at some point. Training must not be conducted without planning and forethought however. The full benefits of training cannot be reached without correct and methodical planning. Full planning should include annual plans, macrocycles and microcycles as far as training sessions themselves.
