Equipment: Markers, netballs (at least 3), netball post
Session:
Warm-Up
Two laps of court
High knees, butt kicks, lunges to the transverse line
Passing in pairs
Work-Out
Left, right, up and over (1 minute intervals, 3 sets)
Pitter patter (2 minutes, 2 sets, 30 second rest)
Decision Making Triangle (5 minute round)
Knockout (1 5-minute round, when eliminated, run two laps)
Cool Down
Slow jog, lunges to the transverse line
Individual stretching
